Biography
Joey Webster primarily devotes his practice to construction and commercial litigation, including the representation of design professionals in professional liability claims, developers, owners, contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect, contract, and lien enforcement and bond claims, and commercial general liability and professional liability insurers in all construction-related litigation.
He joined Bennett Legal Group as an Associate in 2022, and is admitted to the Florida Bar. He obtained his law degree from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. While at FSU Law, he served as President of the Aviation and Space Law Society, and was an intern for the Space Court Foundation and EXOLaunch USA. He is a volunteer Rapporteur with the Space Court Foundation.
