Biography

Brett Marlowe focuses his practice representing clients in commercial and construction disputes. He also has considerable experience in civil litigation defense practice including significant injury and death cases arising out of motor vehicle negligence and premises liability.

Brett graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rollins College in 1997. He attended law school at Florida State University College of Law and graduated in 2000. During law school, Brett participated in the Oxford University Summer Program in Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida, as well as the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also represented clients in several other jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Brett has been nominated and selected by his peers to be included as a “Rising Star” in the Florida Super Lawyers publication as one of the “State’s outstanding young lawyers.”
Additionally, Brett has been nominated by his peers and selected to the Florida Trend Legal Elite, a list of the top 2% of lawyers in the State.

Brett is also AV rated through Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating that signifies that Brett’s peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence for his legal knowledge, communication skills, and ethical standards.
Brett is a native of Central Florida and enjoys being active with sports and spending time with his family.
