Biography

Michael Bennett primarily devotes his practice to construction and commercial litigation, including the representation of developers, owners, contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect, contract, and lien enforcement and bond claims. He also represents design professionals in professional liability claims, as well as commercial general liability and professional liability insurers in construction-related litigation.

He joined Bennett Legal Group as an Associate in 2025, and is admitted to the Florida Bar. He obtained his law degree from Barry University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida – Tampa. While at Barry Law, he served as Note and Comment Editor for the Environmental and Earth Law Journal.
